總統候選人首場電視政見發表會25日登場，雖然沒有相互詰問，但仍充滿火藥味，特別是民進黨總統候選人蔡英文的「維持現狀」說，成為攻防焦點。國民黨總統候選人朱立倫猛烈抨擊，蔡英文只提「維持現狀」是台灣共識，卻不說明民進黨的《台獨黨綱》如何處理，人民仍然充滿疑慮。

政見發表會在民視舉行，發言順序是總統候選人宋楚瑜、蔡英文、朱立倫。三人第一輪發言開場，都用國語、台語、客語、原住民語向大家問好。

綠不否認92談判事實

相當長時間絕口未提到「九二共識」四個字的蔡英文，在電視政見會多次提到「九二共識」並進行反擊。她強調，民進黨並不否認1992年兩岸談判的事實，其中非常重要的就是「求同存異」與「相互諒解」的精神。

蔡英文話鋒一轉，批評公元兩千年國民黨創造「九二共識」名詞，但各界有不同看法，即使國民黨內部也有不同認知及說法，包括立法院副院長洪秀柱的「一中同表」、朱立倫的「同屬一中」；馬總統在「馬習會」上更指「九二共識」是針對「一中原則」所達成，這會讓年輕世代擔心是否會限縮了他們對未來的選擇權。

朱立倫日前說「不接受九二共識就是挑釁」，蔡英文也批評是危險思考、缺乏同理心，國民黨對「九二共識」的混淆，造成台灣內部混亂；但朱立倫隨後反擊說，民進黨執政八年，是兩岸關係最為黑暗的時代，蔡英文的「維持現狀」，更是用模糊態度面對台灣未來。

馬習會有助兩岸和平

朱立倫強調，兩岸大方向正是在「九二共識」基礎上發展出來的，「馬習會」更是兩岸領導人基於對等尊重原則，在國際場合見面，有助於台灣的兩岸和平路線，這都是「九二共識」達成的成就，只要國民黨繼續執政，相信能維持兩岸的和平穩定。

朱蔡兩人鮮少對宋楚瑜展開攻勢，但宋楚瑜則是左右開弓，批評國民黨與民進黨兩黨在立法院擁有超過90%的席次，到現在卻對《服貿協議》、《兩岸協議監督條例》都遲遲無法處理。

宋楚瑜強調，他的兩岸主張是參與、透明、監督，兩岸關係不能由單一政黨把持，不能讓買辦獲取利益，卻沒有照顧升斗小民，台灣要善用政治槓桿，務實處理兩岸問題，讓台灣有更大的和平發展空間。
